Red Bird Home Inspection is not able to do repairs on an inspected property because it would be a conflict of interest. We would be happy to suggest possible repairs on some DIY type projects or re-inspect after repairs have been made.

Red Bird Home Inspection provides a very comprehensive full report, a summary report, and photos with captions. We also color code the items found during the inspection with red being items that need immediate attention, yellow being common maintenance items, and green being preventative maintenance or cosmetic items. You should expect a report delivered to you via email within 24 hours. If a physical paper copy of the report is desired, we can deliver or mail one for an additional $10 fee.

The average inspection should take 1 ½ to 3 hours depending on the condition and size of the property. We want to take the time to thoroughly do the inspection and to properly educate you on your house so you can make an informed decision. Of course, these times could vary depending the condition of the property or if there are any extenuating circumstances involved in parts of the home.

Of Course! We encourage the client to attend the inspection, so we can educate you on the aspects of your home. This is a great educational opportunity for the realtor, seller and buyer. Never pass up the chance to see your prospective home through the eyes of a professional. We are also child and pet friendly!  After all, it maybe or already is their home too.

Cost may vary depending on the size of a home or property and if you would like any additional services. The typical range would be between $325 and $450. We also offer individual speciality inspections that can be customized to your needs.  Also, we do give  10% discounts to military, law enforcement, and pastors.  Consider the value of the home inspection in terms of the investment being made to protect you and your family.
